1. Choose the FAN SUPPLY VOLTAGE depending on your car battery voltage

a) 12V

b) 24V

2. Choose Axial FAN TYPE

a) STD Axial – only with ON/OFF Control (see point 3.)

b) Brushless Axial - with ON/OFF or PWM Control (see point 3.)

3. Choose the OUTPUT MODE to control your fan

a) ON/OFF – for STD and Brushless FAN Type (see point 2.)

b) PWM (Variable Fan Speed) – for Brushless FAN Type only (see point 2.)

4. Choose now the FLOW DIRECTION

The FAN AIR Flow direction must = natural air stream direction created by driving

a) BLOWING = FAN on the FRONT Side of the Radiator

b) SUCKING = FAN on the BACK Side of the Radiator

5. Check now the maximum available OUTSIDE dimensions on your car

a) Check first the available Maximum DEPTH to ensure that the fan fits

i. between radiator and engine in case of SUCKING

ii. between grill and radiator in case of BLOWING

b) Then check LENGTH and WIDTH to see which fan fits on the free surface area of the radiator

6. Choose now the AIRFLOW after that you have chosen point 1->5 above

a) The MAXIMUM AIRFLOW that you can get to ensure maximum cooling

b) Or choose the specific AIRFLOW that you need for your specific application
